Roosevelt Stadthaus - Vienna

The Roosevelt Stadthaus is a small, elegant boutique townhouse located in a historic Gründerzeit building from 1886, designed by renowned architect Emil von Förster, directly by the Votive Church and Vienna’s Ringstraße.

The location is central yet quiet, with Vienna’s most beautiful sights just a few minutes’ walk away, including the University, Parliament, City Hall, theCity and the Hofburg.

The house offers a limited number of spacious rooms, suites and apartments, individually furnished with high-quality materials, comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.

There is no public restaurant and the house is exclusively reserved for guests. Guests enjoy a calm and private atmosphere with discreet hotel service. Daily housekeeping is available free of charge on request. There is no 24-hour reception, but the team is always personally available and present in the house.

Breakfast is not offered on site. Instead, guests receive selected recommendations for excellent Viennese cafés and nearby restaurants. A self-service lounge is available with Nespresso coffee, Austrian tea and selected complimentary drinks, free of charge.

The Roosevelt Stadthaus does not have air conditioning. Fans are provided inrooms.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.
