All apartments are comfortably and generously equipped with typical country-style wooden furniture and feature a large sheltered and furnished balcony.

Located at the foot of the ski slope and nestled between beautiful mountains, the design of AlpinLodges Kühtai makes the most of the exclusive hillside setting. The result: luxurious, sun-flooded apartments, south-facing balconies and terraces offering plenty of privacy, and large Tyrolean-style windows with panoramic views.

Enjoy the unique atmosphere of "a village within the village" and make yourself at home in one of the traditional Tyrolean country-style houses. The spacious hotel complex is merely a few steps away from the local shops, cafés, restaurants and ski lifts, with the slope itself right on your doorstep. There is a free internet terminal in the lobby.

The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 10:00.

After you have been charged with the total sum of the booking, you will receive a booking confirmation and your personal reservation code for accessing the resort and your apartment by e-mail from the resorts booking office.

The apartments can be entered from 16:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you are asked to vacate your apartment and underground parking space by 10:00. Please announce late arrivals (after 19:00) until 16:00 at the resorts booking office.

For your check-in at the fully automated terminals, it is absolutely necessary to have your personal check-in code. There is no local reception. You will receive your key cards for the apartment directly at the terminal. You can then continue to the underground garage to your reserved parking space (a colour coding system will guide you). From the garage you can take the lift to your apartment.

The propertys booking office can be reached by phone between 08:00 and 18:00 from Monday to Saturday. You will receive this phone number by e-mail.

Special services (additional people, pets, baby cot) must be booked during the reservation process. Any type of special service is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

If you arrive with children, please inform the property about their number and age. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Apartment "Dormouse". Spacious apartment in typical Tyrolean country house style, 1 bedroom (2 persons), 1 bathroom, separate living and dining area with comfortable seating, entrance hall with wardrobe, furnished terrace or balcony, facing south. The towels and bed linen are included. After booking you will receive an email with your personal access code for the resort and your apartment. Without that code the entry and check-in is not possible. ;
Apartment "Snowy Owl". Spacious apartment in typical Tyrolean cottage style, 2 bedrooms (4 people), 2 bathrooms, separate living and dining area with comfortable seating, entrance hall with wardrobe, furnished terrace or balcony, facing south. Bed linen and towels are included. After booking you will receive an email with your personal access code for the resort and your apartment. Apartment "Lynx". Comfortable apartment in typical Tyrolean country house style with a private sauna and fireplace, 2 bedrooms (4 people), 2 bathrooms, separate living and dining area with comfortable seating, entrance hall with wardrobe, furnished terrace or balcony, facing south. Apartment "Brown Bear". Luxurious apartment in typical Tyrolean country house style with a private sauna and fireplace, 3 bedrooms (one with no direct sunlight) (6 persons), 2 bathrooms, separate living and dining area with comfortable seating, entrance hall with wardrobe, furnished terrace or balcony, south side. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning fees are included. After booking you will receive an email with your personal access code for the resort and your apartment. Apartment "Ibex". Spacious apartment in typical Tyrolean cottage style, 2 bedrooms (sleeping 4 people), 1 bathroom with toilet, another bathroom with shower, separate living and dining area with comfortable seating, entrance hall with wardrobe, furnished south-facing balcony. Apartment "Eagles Nest". This luxurious penthouse apartment features a south-facing balcony overlooking the village and the slopes, a spacious living and dining area, a private sauna, a fireplace, 3 bedrooms and a sleeping area on the gallery, and 2 bathrooms with bathtub and toilet and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.
