Heritage Hotel Hallstatt - Hallstatt

Heritage Hotel is located in the car-free historic centre of the UNESCO World Heritage town of Hallstatt in Upper Austrias Salzkammergut region. It offers free wired internet access in the rooms and free WiFi inareas.

Consisting of 3 carefully renovated, historic buildings, Heritage Hotel Hallstatt features a bar and a sunny lakeside terrace. There is also a café with a winter garden right next to Hallstatts boat landing. The hotel’s restaurant Im Kainz offers traditional Austrian dishes and fine wines.

All rooms and suites at Heritage Hotel offer views of the town and Lake Hallstatt. The rooms areindividually furnished and feature cable TV, a minibar, and tea and coffee-making facilities.

Haus Kainz is the main building, with the breakfast room, the café and the bar, as well as a sauna, an infrared cabin and a lift. Haus Stocker is Hallstatts oldest (more than 400 years) building and truly unique. Haus Stocker is a 3-minute walk away from the main building. Haus Seethaler enjoys a hillside location and offers panoramic lake views. It is a 5-minute walk away from the main building. Haus Stocker and Haus Seethaler have no lift.

All guests of the Heritage Hotel get bathrobes, slippers and toiletries free of charge.

Parking is possible for a charge in the P1 parking area outside the town. From there, free shuttle bus to the hotel is available.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

Please note that the centre of Hallstatt is a car-free zone. You need to park your car on the P1 parking outside the town, which can be reached through a tunnel. Additional costs apply (please see Parking Facilities).

A shuttle service is provided for guests who park at and hold a valid ticket for P1 parking lot. It is free of charge and only available on arrival and departure.

Please note that it cannot be guaranteed in which of the 3 historic buildings you will be accommodated, because requests for a specific building are subject to availability. Haus Stocker and Haus Seethaler have no lift. They are a 3- to 5-minute walk away from the main building,the breakfast room and other facilities can be found.

Please note that smoking is strictly not allowed in guestrooms. A penalty fee of EUR 60 per incident will be charged.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note thatSpecial Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Deluxe Double or Twin Room. These spacious rooms are located in either of the 3 hotel buildings. Rooms at Haus Kainz are facing Hallstatt and overlook the lake and shipping pier and feature wooden floors. Haus Stockers rooms offer a French balcony and lake views and are suitable for up to 3 persons, and rooms at Haus Seethaler feature a balcony, lake views, and carpeted floors. Please note that the room rate is based on 1 adult (single occupancy) or 2 adults (double occupancy). Please check children and extra bed policy for additional guests. ;
Family Suite Superior. Fitted with wooden floors and elegant décor and located in the Haus Kainz, the main building, this spacious suite with views of the market features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Please note that the room rate is based on 2 guests. Maximum occupancy is 3 guests (see Extra Bed Rates). ;
Junior Suite. These junior suites are located in either of the 3 hotel buildings. Junior suites in Haus Kainz, the main building, offer either a balcony and lake views, or lake views only, or a separate living room and views of the protestant church. Junior suites in Haus Seethaler and Haus Stocker are spacious and feature lake views, a bedroom, a living area and are suitable for up to 4 persons (see Extra Bed Rates). Standard Double or Twin Room. These rooms are located in either of the 3 hotel buildings. Rooms in Haus Stocker and Haus Seetahler offer limited lake views, while rooms in Haus Kainz, the main building, offer views of the protestant church. ;
Superior Double or Twin Room. These spacious rooms are located in Haus Kainz and Haus Seethaler. The Superior rooms in Haus Kainz either have balcony and lake view or small terrace with private garden (on the ground floor) with lake view. In Haus Seethaler the Superior Room has lake view and terrace. The Rooms in Haus Kainz are suitable for up to 3 persons. The room in Haus Seethaler is suitable for up to 4 persons. Family Suite Standard. This spacious family suite standard features 1 bedroom with market view, 1 living room with sofa bed,1 bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The Family Suite Standard is located in our second building House Stocker. ;
Family Suite Deluxe. This spacious family suite deluxe features 2 bedrooms (1 with balcony and lake view, 1 with view of the protestant church), 2 bathrooms and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.
